Bruce Bowden - Bruce Bowden

Born in Stepney, London, and therefore technically speaking a Cockney, Bruce Bowden has lived most of his life in the Chiltern Hills, Buckinghamshire. His interests are in a variety of subjects, from science and science fiction to painting, from sports to screenwriting. His articles focus on the serious: "Relativity and Car Crashes" and on the seriously funny: "Flight Simulator Could Save Your life".

He received education at HND level in Applied Physics. He has written and delivered public talks on different subjects, and has been involved in producing video clips for the internet, including voice-over work. He derives his greatest enjoyment from making complicated concepts easier to understand; encouraging independent thought and a fresh view on familiar subjects. He has also published a collection of three science fiction short stories entitled "Strange Harbinger" on Kindle.
